Leg is the leanest of the cuts of Lamb and there are a number of ways to prepare leg steaks. A dry rub works very nicely as does grilling and frying.

All of our Lamb is sourced locally from the farm of Allan Marsh in Walton. This means that all of our Lamb travels less than five miles from farm to shop.
