Christmas is fast approaching
It’s hard to believe but Christmas is almost upon us once again. We love the build up to Christmas here at Stephens Butchers and we are confident that, as in past years, we have the best Christmas poultry and locally reared meat in the area. As usual we have our Glastonbury reared Angus/Charolais beef, hung for 21-28 days and with the right amount of fat for maximum flavour and texture. Again this year we will have Bronze Free Range Turkeys from Wedmore and Free Range Chickens, Ducks and Geese from Cracknells of Huish Episcopi. Add to this local Lamb and Pork, 18 month old local Cheddar, Home Made preserves and much, much more.
